Our Mission

Overview

We are a group of senior professional engineers who set up our own world-class manufacturing units for producing Diesel exhaust fluid. The plants are automatic, ISO 9001-2015 certified, and produce world-class products. Nextgen Blue is a new manufacturer and provider of urea-based NOx abatement solutions. Gallons of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) and urea in various forms are produced and delivered by us.
Nextgen Blue Company is an emerging Automotive-Alliance Stakeholder offering leadership and technical support to this new industry as a leader in the Diesel Exhaust Fluid sector.
Nextgen Blue is a new manufacturer of DEF and is selling DEF to several OEMs, test fleets, and component manufacturers. Currently, we continue to market our product to these groups and also sell to fuel/lubricant distributors, truck stops, retail and fuel/convenience store marketers, larger fleets who operate in multiple regional locations, and the agriculture, construction, and mining off-road markets.
We also have Marine DEF products available on request.

Teachnolgies Available

Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR):
• Works by recirculating a portion of an engine’s exhaust gas back to the engine cylinders to reduce Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx)
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR):
• SCR, is also an emissions control technology to clean NOx from the exhaust gases

How does an SCR system work?

• It is an after-treatment technology that treats exhaust gas downstream of the engine
• Main purpose is to reduce level of NOx emitted from engines
• Small quantities of Diesel exhaust fluid is injected into exhaust upstream of a catalyst, where it vaporizes and decomposes to form ammonia and carbon dioxide
• The ammonia (NH3) is the desired product which in conjunction to the SCR catalyst, converts the NOx to harmless nitrogen (N2) and water (H2O)
Vehicles with a SCR system have a sensor that detects the presence of NOx, which triggers a spray of Diesel exhaust fluid into the exhaust

Advantages of using SCR

• SCR catalyst technology allows much greater NOx conversion efficiency, thereby allowing the engine to be fully optimized, which contributes to this fuel economy improvement.
• Heavy duty engines utilizing SCR will provide substantial fuel economy improvement, estimated up 3 to 5%.
• Another benefit to the improved fuel efficiency is less frequent Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) cleanout, thereby further reducing costs.
